Mechanical Electrical Assembler

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical units and subassemblies as per drawings and work instructions Perform production builds of wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and integrations Install and connect compute, control, power, and sensor systems Conduct functional tests, inspections, and basic calibration Identify and report defects, missing components, or out-of-spec conditions Rework or repair units using approved processes Maintain organized workstations and materials Support kitting, inventory accuracy, and material handling Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards Record build status, serial numbers, and production data Assist with final assembly, integration, and shipment preparation Provide feedback to improve work instructions and tooling Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields (aerospace, automotive, construction, electrical services) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics Experience using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments when required Basic English communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Experience • Final product assembly in manufacturing environments Electrical wiring, routing, and component handling Rework, modification, and electro-mechanical assembly using engineering drawings Physical Requirements • Frequent movement (walking, bending, reaching) Ability to work at heights and perform overhead tasks • Lift up to 40 lbs.
