Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical production units and subassemblies.

Perform repeatable production builds of wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical integrations.

Install and connect compute, control, power, and sensor systems.

Conduct functional tests, inspections, and basic calibration steps.

Identify and escalate build defects or out-of-spec conditions.

Maintain organized workstations and support kitting and inventory accuracy.

Provide feedback on work instructions and tooling to improve processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic and pneumatics.

Basic English skills for reading instructions and effective verbal communication.

Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Preferences

Experience in the drone industry.

Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments and inclement weather.
