Job Description :
We're currently looking for a full-time (or part-time) Electronic Manufacturing Assembler who will perform production activities that require assembling/modifying electronic equipment and understand the production process and the quality goals of the company to help achieve total customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Electronic Manufacturing Assembler may be assigned to a specialized role or cross-trained for multiple positions depending on need and circumstances as well as the strengths/capabilities of the individual. Definite Plus if able to flex into different roles. We are currently in need for the following position(s):
Mechanical Assembly/testing/packaging:
use tools to put together or fabricate parts for mechanical products which includes PCBs or box builds, run tests or fault diagnostics to locate and address a problem, cut leads, hardware installation, assist with packaging parts for delivery
Hand Load, AOI Operator, or Cable Assembly Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, good vision (see details of object at close range) Excellent hand-eye coordination, hands-on, manual dexterity Professionalism, hard work ethic, responsible, willingness to learn, quick learner Team player, works well with others Ability to read/listen carefully to follow instructions and procedures Electronic Manufacturing assembly background/experience preferred High school education or equivalent preferred Prefer someone who understands basic English (at least understand verbal instructions) and/or able to communicate in
Vietnamese Additional Information:
The pay rate we're currently offering ranges from $19-22/hr depending on experience and skillset, may be adjusted based on work performance evaluation Part-time or Full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm, 30 minute lunch break) We offer employee benefits for full-time employees (working at least 30 hours per week) such as holiday pay and health/dental insurance, paid time off for vacation/sick leave pay upon completion of 3-month probationary period We also offer 401(k), profit sharing, and retirement pension plan benefits upon completion of 1 year employment period
