(DDI) is a leading designer and manufacturer of real-time machine and process controllers used in semiconductor and industrial automation applications. We are currently seeking skilled Assemblers with soldering experience to support urgent production needs. Position Summary The Assembler - Soldering Contractor will support manufacturing operations by performing soldering and electronic assembly work under the guidance of full-time assemblers. This role requires experience using soldering irons, assembling through-hole components, and working with small hand tools in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Solder wires to connectors, LEDs, and other electronic components Assemble through-hole parts and small electronic assemblies Use soldering irons and hand tools safely and effectively Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and manufacturing procedures Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Support production and assembly teams as needed Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow all safety and quality guidelines Qualifications Previous soldering and electronic assembly experience required Experience with wire-to-connector soldering preferred Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Manufacturing or electronics assembly background preferred Additional Details Immediate start preferred 4-month contract assignment Full-time onsite role in Scotts Valley, CA Digital Dynamics, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
