Details:

We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality hand soldering on electronic assemblies in accordance with industry standards and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hand soldering of through-hole, surface-mount, and fine-pitch components Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and assembly documentation Inspect solder joints to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with specifications Use hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in electronic assembly or soldering preferred Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and ability to work a morning shift starting at 5:30 AM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South El Monte, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00
