PM Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire Join Our Team as a Soldering Technician! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team in Temecula. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience soldering and working with printed circuit boards (PCBs), along with a strong commitment to quality and precision. In this role, you will inspect and repair PCBs, perform soldering touch-ups, and ensure finished products meet established quality standards. Previous soldering experience is preferred, and on-the-job training will be provided on our specific processes and procedures. What You'll Do Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for production quality. Perform soldering and touch-up repairs as needed. Identify and correct soldering defects and other PCB issues. Follow detailed work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Perform precise, detail-oriented work in a production environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience soldering circuit boards is preferred. Experience working with electronic components or PCBs is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures.
