Full Job Description Salary:
$18 per hour + none

Work in a clean, modern, and climate-controlled facility assembling high-precision circuit boards that power cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities:
Populate printed circuit boards (PCBs) with Through-Hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components using manual and automated equipment. Perform high-precision hand soldering and delicate component rework under magnification. Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and schematics to ensure accurate component placement. Visually inspect completed circuit board assemblies against industry quality standards (IPC-A-610). Log production data in internal tracking systems and perform routine tool maintenance.
Skills:
Excellent manual dexterity, sharp visual acuity, and steady hands for handling miniature electronic components. Strong blueprint and technical drawing reading skills. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly and manual soldering (SMT and Through-Hole). Ability to comfortably use microscope/magnification tools and sit or stand for up to 8 hours per shift. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Active or prior IPC-A-610 or
J-STD-001
