At Advanced Energy, you'll help build cutting-edge products used across some of the world's most innovative industries. In this hands‑on role, you will repair equipment by performing mechanical assembly, and testing. You'll receive clear guidance on daily assignments, but no two days will feel exactly the same. • RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a range of production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies
• Use drawings, schematics, and verbal/written instructions to complete high-quality assembly work
• Identify and communicate nonconformities to support exceptional product quality
• Communicate openly and professionally with teammates and other departments
• Follow all required safety and ISO practices to maintain a safe, reliable work environment
• Maintain fixtures and perform routine preventive maintenance that keeps production running smoothly
• Assist in training team members on established processes
• Document work accurately and consistently
• Serve as a technical bridge between departments when needed
• Demonstrate strong work ethics, reliability, and a positive team attitude
• Consider customer impact when making decisions and performing work
• Collaborate effectively in a supportive team environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Domestic travel (up to 50%) may be required initially; minimal travel anticipated after the initial period

• QUALIFICATIONS

• :•Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions • Strong to advanced soldering skills • Basic electro-mechanical skills • Ability to identify components and interpret technical documentation and schematics • Basic computer proficiency • Familiarity with SAP is a plus • Knowledge of ESD (electrostatic discharge) practices • Ability to adapt, collaborate, and thrive in a team-driven environment •

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with electrical circuits or electronic assemblies preferred
• Background in electro-mechanical work is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to stay flexible and work effectively as part of a team

• EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• COMPENSATION

• _As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $18
• $25 per hour._
