Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Contract-to-Hire)
Location:
Fort Collins, CO Schedule:
1st Shift (6:00 AM
•3:00 PM) for first 9-12 months, then transitions to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM
•11:30 PM)

Month Contract-to-Hire Pay:
$20
•26/hr based on experience + 15% shift differential when moved to 2nd shift About the Role Insight Global is seeking two Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join their client, a global leader in semiconductor and power conversion technology. These individuals will support the assembly of highly specialized electronic and electro-mechanical products in a precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on assembly work and is comfortable working with small components under a microscope while following technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. The position will involve both standard manufacturing environments and ISO 7 cleanroom conditions. Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly of small electronic and mechanical components Follow blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical work instructions Assemble and inspect components under a microscope for extended periods Utilize hand tools such as tweezers, precision pliers, and other small assembly tools Perform hand soldering on electronic components and assemblies Work within ISO 7 cleanroom environments while following gowning procedures Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards Document work and production activities accurately Collaborate with team members and production personnel to meet manufacturing goals Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience at the component level Experience performing detailed small-scale assembly work Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Hand soldering experience Comfortable working under a microscope for approximately 50% of the day Comfortable working in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment requiring gowning and hairnets Ability to start on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift after 9-12 months Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience Prior experience working 2nd or 3rd shift schedules SAP experience
