Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join a hands-on production team in Fort Collins, CO. In this role, you will assemble mechanical and electrical components using technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical components using blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions Collect, organize, and prepare materials and equipment for assembly processes Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet quality and specification standards Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately Verify completed assemblies meet quality standards and engineering requirements Maintain accurate production records, including quantities and time tracking Identify and report defective parts, malfunctions, or process issues Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and production standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Clean, maintain, and properly store tools and equipment Support additional shop or production duties as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions Mechanical assembly experience or strong mechanical aptitude Electrical assembly experience or familiarity with wiring and components Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Understanding of production processes and quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to track production data accurately Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic assembly issues Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Technical school training or certification is a plus Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or shop environment Experience with fabrication, electrical systems, or basic pipe fitting/plumbing Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and on a team Work Environment Small, team-oriented shop setting Hands-on role working with mechanical and electrical components Use of hand tools, power tools, and standard shop equipment Requires standing, moving between workstations, and handling parts throughout the shift Strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and organization Why Join Us?
