Position Summary As an Assembler and Test Technician you will assemble, test, and inspect aerospace components with precision. You'll follow standardized work instructions, use various tools, complete quality documentation, and actively support production goals. Key Responsibilities Assemble, test, and inspect small parts and finished units Operate hand and power tools to fit, align, adjust, and secure components Follow detailed work instructions and complete required quality documentation Clean, prepare, and maintain parts, tools, and workstations Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality targets Santa Clarita site only: Sort parts, perform final assembly, and mount units for testing Required Skills & Experience Mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred Familiarity with automated testing processes Proficiency with hand and power tools Blueprint reading is a plus Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Pre-tax and Roth options Life and Disability Insurance Paid Sick Time Weekly Pay Employee Assistance Program Health Spending Account (HSA) Transportation Benefits Job Type & Location Contract-to-Hire Based in Fort Collins, CO Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
