Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a Harness Technician to join our client on a Temp to Hire opportunity located in Littleton
CO 80127
Payrate:
$27 - $33/hr.
Shift:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts; overtime may be required. Temp to Hire Job Summary Seeking a full-time Assembly, Integration & Test Technician to support spacecraft hardware assembly, harness builds, PCB soldering and inspection, component testing, and environmental test campaigns. This role works closely with engineering in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical hardware per drawings and written instructions Build wire harnesses and connectors; perform soldering and crimping Assemble and solder PCB components; perform board inspections Install sensors (thermistors, accelerometers, etc.) Operate torque tools to meet specifications Support propulsion module and spacecraft testing, including environmental testing Troubleshoot hardware issues with engineering support Document work and follow quality procedures Required Skills /
Qualifications:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Minimum 2 years of experience in the following: Soldering, crimping, harness builds, and electronics testing Board repair Reading drawings and following written instructions Working in a team environment with effective communication Working in the United States with proper authorization Preferred Skills /
Qualifications:
