division is currently seeking a Switch Technician (B) - 1st Shift to join our team in Bethel, CT! The core hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $22.50 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you'll do: The Electro-Mechanical Technician (Switch) is responsible for loading test stands and setting up testing for very small and intricate parts. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and following technical work instructions and blueprints. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere.

In this function you will:

• Set up, start and then break down test ovens which contain small electro-mechanical parts
• Interpret customer and supplier requirements (via blueprints and work instructions)
• Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability
• Perform visual inspection of parts
• Maintain quality records ##

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
