Electronic Assembler

Nesco Resource is looking for an Electronic Assembler located in Brookfield, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift:

8AM-4:30

PM Pay:

$20-$22/hour depending on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our team. This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic components and PCB (printed circuit board) assemblies in a production environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working with small parts and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and PCB boards according to work instructions and schematics Perform basic wiring, crimping, and component placement on printed circuit boards Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

Previous electronic or PCB assembly experience preferred Ability to read and follow written and visual instructions Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Comfortable working with small components and repetitive tasks Basic understanding of electronic components is a plus Soldering experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
