Job Description

Our client, a world-leading medical device company focused on improving lives through innovative, consumer-centered solutions is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team in Trumbull, CT!
Location:
Trumbull, CT Pay rate: $19-$21/hr
Schedule:
1st shift (Mon-Thurs. 6AM-4:30PM) Job type: Contract (can convert or extend) Job Summary Assemble, test, and package electromechanical components and finished products while following established work instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble small, precision components using hand tools and magnification equipment. Build sub-assemblies and finished products according to work instructions. Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Follow all safety, PPE, ESD, and clean room requirements. Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of electromechanical or hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with hand tools and small-part assembly. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to read and follow written procedures. Soldering experience preferred. Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
