3 month Contract-to-Hire Schedule & Shift 1st Shift (Primary) Monday•Friday 7:00 AM•3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented Cleanroom Assemblers to support precision electronic assembly in a cleanroom environment. This role focuses on assembling and inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) using microscopes and working with small, delicate components. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with fine motor skills and experience in electronics, soldering, or micro-assembly. Strong attention to detail is critical due to the high-quality standards required. Key Responsibilities Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components under a microscope Perform fine-pitch soldering, wiring, and component placement Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings Use hand tools such as tweezers, soldering irons, cutters, and precision measuring tools Inspect assemblies for defects, accuracy, and quality compliance Maintain production pace and meet daily output goals Work in a cleanroom environment with proper gowning procedures Identify and report defects or process issues to supervisors Support rework and touch-up of PCB assemblies as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of PCB, electronics, or micro-assembly experience Experience working under a microscope required Soldering experience (fine-pitch or SMT preferred) Ability to handle small, delicate components with precision Basic math and measurement skills (standard and metric) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to stand for extended periods Preferred Experience Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or through-hole assembly IPC certification (IPC-A-610 or
