Job Description
Job Title:
Electrical Assembler Job Summary We are seeking an Assembly Technician to wire and assemble electrical control panels in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This position involves reading blueprints and electrical schematics, performing electrical and mechanical assembly, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Wire and assemble control panels using blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams. Gather and organize materials, wires, and components for production. Perform electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and electrical cabinet fabrication. Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks safely and accurately. Inspect completed panels for quality and compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams. Electrical wiring or assembly experience, or related technical training. Knowledge of basic electrical theory and control panel wiring. Experience using hand tools and performing mechanical assembly. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to work 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday). Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics or related field. Control panel wiring experience in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical assembly experience and troubleshooting skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
