Job Title:
Electrical Assembler Job Description The Electrical Assembler will work from drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions to perform skilled electrical assembly tasks. Responsibilities include installing and mounting electrical components on equipment, terminating cables, troubleshooting electrical circuits, laying out panels, drilling and tapping holes, and routing cables. The role also involves performing motor and transformer wiring and some basic mechanical functions, selecting, cutting, forming, and installing wiring in accordance with specifications, and may require basic electrical and gas piping tasks. The assembler will complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, and ensure department housekeeping standards are met for a clean, safe working environment. Following and enforcing all safety policies and procedures is essential, with opportunities to recommend improvements. Responsibilities Perform skilled electrical assembly from drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions. Install and mount electrical components on equipment. Terminate cables and troubleshoot electrical circuits. Layout panels, drill and tap holes, and route cables. Perform motor and transformer wiring and basic mechanical functions. Select, cut, form, and install wiring in accordance with specifications. Perform basic electrical and gas piping tasks as required. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents. Ensure department housekeeping standards for a clean, safe working environment. Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures, recommending improvements. Provide back-up support to other roles within the department. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $66600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
