Panel Assembler
  • Electrical Wiring & Control Panels Position Overview Join a growing manufacturing team specializing in high-performance industrial ovens and thermal processing equipment.
In this role, you will assemble and wire electrical control systems, control panels, relays, fans, and related components using schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. This is a clean, safety-focused environment where you will work with new equipment only—no live wiring required. Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire industrial ovens, control panels, and thermal equipment according to work orders, drawings, and specifications. Perform point-to-point wiring of electrical controls, relays, contactors, fans, switches, and other components. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and ladder logic drawings. Install and route wiring for PLCs, control panels, and electrical assemblies. Complete both electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as required. Verify wiring accuracy, continuity, and proper component installation. Troubleshoot and correct wiring issues using diagrams and schematics. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 months of hands-on electrical wiring, electrical assembly, or related experience, or equivalent technical education. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience with panel wiring, control panel assembly, or electrical component installation. Familiarity with basic electrical assembly tools, including: Wire cutters Wire strippers Screwdrivers Basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow written instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLC wiring and industrial control systems. Knowledge of ladder logic diagrams. Electrical Technology certificate, coursework, or related training. Experience troubleshooting electrical assemblies. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Ownership of a basic personal electrical tool set. Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40000.00

  • $2.05/hr. and fantastic benefits. The pension is vested once you work there for 5 years.
  • 2 raises every year. One annually and one every August
  • The raises are anywhere from $.40
  • $.60. They are having a union negotiation later this year to hopefully increase the raises.
  • They are offering up to 10 hours of OT during the Mon-Fri Week.
At times they are offer OT on Saturday and Sunday. Double time pay if you work on Sunday. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Lakeville,MN.
