Are you looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing where your skills and dedication lead to immediate career growth? Spherion Naples is seeking motivated individuals for an Assembler role located in Bonita Springs. If you're ready to use small tools, interpret blueprints, and ensure top-tier quality in every component you handle, we want you to join our team! This role is key to component assembly, testing, part marking, and packaging. We are looking for team members who actively support a culture of continuous improvement, embrace core company values, and take pride in their work. Core Duties & Responsibilities Your specific mix of tasks will progress based on your skill and the needs of the operation.
Key duties include:
Product Assembly:
Use small tools and equipment to accurately assemble and package various components.
Technical Interpretation:
Read and understand blueprints, control plans, manufacturing plans, and visual aids to ensure correct assembly.
Quality & Testing:
Perform a variety of testing, including pressure, functional, visual, dielectric, and flow testing, following established procedures.
Part Marking:
Apply part marking using rubber stamps, computer-controlled machines, and other methods as specified by blueprints.
Documentation:
Accurately log your time and document all completed work according to internal quality procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in 6S, Lean, and continual improvement initiatives to enhance the workspace and processes. Qualifications & Skills This role is an excellent fit for those who are action-oriented, approachable, and focused on learning new technical skills.
Required:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members. Willingness to learn and grow within the Assembly function (II to III). Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus! Your Career Path This role is structured to reward your commitment and skill development:

Assembler III:
Advance to this level by demonstrating technical learning (strategic skills) and strong working relationships (boss relationships), in addition to the core competencies of an Assembler II. We provide a clean, orderly, and safe facility, offering a supportive environment for all team members to perform, develop, and exceed their goals.
