Core Responsibilities Execute assembly tasks to construct lighting fixtures and related components with a focus on high-quality output. Interpret and adhere to provided assembly schematics and work order documentation. Complete assembly tasks including riveting with pneumatic tools, applying silicone, twisting components, and cleaning or bagging finished goods. Perform occasional finishing tasks such as sandblasting, spray painting, or polishing parts. Execute electronic soldering tasks. Ensure high performance by maintaining assembly speed and quality, which helps minimize the need for rework and reduces quality returns. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all area-specific safety protocols. Keep your designated workspace and tools organized and clean on a daily and weekly basis. Support the team by cross-training and assisting in various production zones as needed. Qualifications Prior experience within a production or manufacturing setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in operating standard power and hand tools. Ability to comprehend and execute instructions from technical drawings and work orders. Maintain a helpful attitude and clear communication skills. Background in soldering is considered an advantage. Physical Requirements This role involves remaining at a workstation for an 8-hour shift, including breaks, with the need for occasional bending, twisting, and stooping. You will perform repetitive tasks for 2 to 4 hours at a time, requiring consistent manual dexterity and the ongoing use of hands to operate various tools.
