This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the creation of reliable, precision-engineered products. Your expertise will ensure that every cable assembly meets strict quality standards and functional specifications, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. Duties Assemble electrical cables and wiring harnesses according to detailed schematics and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately cut, strip, crimp, solder, and connect components Interpret PCB (Printed Circuit Board) layouts and schematics to ensure proper assembly procedures Apply surface mount technology (SMT) techniques for precise component placement on circuit boards Conduct soldering operations in compliance with IPC 610 standards for quality and safety Verify electrical continuity and resistance using ohmmeters and other testing tools Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and quality control procedures Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly, with a strong understanding of electrical wiring and schematics Familiarity with PCB assembly processes, surface mount technology, and soldering techniques Knowledge of mechanical assembly principles and the use of hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring devices Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly Basic electrical experience including troubleshooting with ohmmeters and understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to machining or component installation is a plus Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow precise instructions for high-quality output Join us in creating reliable cable assemblies that power innovative electronic systems!
