Job Title:

Electronics Soldering Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electronics Soldering Technician to prepare and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to precise specifications. The role involves tasks such as lead forming, utilizing various tools, and maintaining quality control throughout the assembly process. Responsibilities Perform through-hole soldering, as well as potentially surface mount (SMT) and hand soldering. Solder electronic components onto PCBs following specifications and assembly instructions. Ensure proper solder joint formation and uphold quality standards. Essential Skills Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly. Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications. Experience with through-hole and surface mount techniques. Knowledge of IPC standards including IPC 610 and IPC 620. Additional Skills & Qualifications Competency in performing a soldering test involving a couple of through-hole soldering tasks. Ability to undergo a 10-minute solder test using broken boards as a test board followed by a one-on-one interview. Why Work Here?
