About the
Opportunity:
For this role, you will float between SMT, Post Wave, and Assembly.
Assemble chassis, racks, and other final assembly hardware, and install finished assemblies or subassemblies in them.
Operate equipment and tools relative to accomplishing assembly, stuffing, and prep of prefabricated electronic assemblies and other electromechanical components.
Adjust or trim materials or hardware to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.

What You'll Do:
Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding, and fitting on assembly units.
SMT Machine Operators are responsible for the setup, changeover, operation, and daily maintenance of complex SMT equipment and all associated tooling.
SMT Machine Operators may also perform SMT Kitting and Assembler/Tester functions, including, but not limited to, assembling parts, prepping parts, various assembly testing, soldering, loading/unloading SMT feeders, and part counting/estimating.
Follow instructions on lot travelers, operation instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and sample assemblies, and follow verbal instructions to determine specific duties relative to assembly.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly.
J-Std or IPC-610 certification.
What Sets You Apart:
1+ years of experience in soldering.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
Must be able to lift to 25lbs and sit and stand for long periods of time.
