This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-tech environment supporting critical production needs.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform electro-mechanical assembly of modules, subassemblies, and systems Install a variety of mechanical and electrical components per specifications Read and follow detailed assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and schematics Conduct rework, soldering, connector installation, and component stuffing (SMT and through-hole) Handle UV curing, masking, and conformal coating tasks Operate reflow ovens, bonding equipment, and test instruments Follow ESD and cleanroom protocols, wearing proper PPE Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records Use computers for accessing work instructions, tracking tasks, and communicating via email

Basic Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in both electronic and mechanical assembly and test Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume production environment Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and quality control Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual per 8 USC 1324b(a)(3) High school diploma or GED required Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a pre-placement medical exam Ability to read, write, and understand
