This role requires the ability to interpret mechanical drawings, follow detailed work instructions, and perform soldering in compliance with industry standards. A strong understanding of ESD protocols and basic medical device quality requirements is essential. The position also involves cable and wire assembly, documentation of manufacturing processes, and participation in cross-training to support production and maintain high standards of quality and productivity. Responsibilities Perform PCBA, unit, and top-level testing to ensure product functionality and compliance Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electronic and electromechanical assemblies using schematics and test equipment Assemble electronic and mechanical components, including sub-assemblies and cable/wire assemblies P roficiency in soldering techniques of (SMT and through-hole) IPC-610 and ESD in accordance with IPC standards Proficiency using hand tools, soldering iron and measurement instruments to support assembly operation and maintain equipment Document and maintain accurate manufacturing and testing records Perform minor rework and repairs, including component replacement and adjustments Follow written procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve processes Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1-2+ years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, or troubleshooting Experience reading schematics and mechanical drawings , Fabricate cable and wire assemblies, sub-assemblies S oldering techniques (SMT and through-hole) Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols Experience in medical devices , aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions , willingness to cross-train Benefits and Perks $17.00- $19.
