Proven experience as an Assembler or in a similar role within a manufacturing, production, or shop environment Experience with low-voltage electrical work, LED wiring, electrical assembly, or related signage assembly experience is required Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting Commitment to safety protocols and workplace procedures High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus About theRole:
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Shop Assembler to join our signage production team. This role involves assembling sign components, installing LED modules, wiring low-voltage electrical systems, and supporting full sign production from fabrication to final packaging. As a Sign Assembler, you will combine craftsmanship, technical skill, and attention to detail to help build high-quality illuminated signage that meets safety and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Sign Component Assembly- Piece together sign frames, panels, and LED modules with unwavering precision.
- Mount brackets, housings, and mounting hardware so each sign stands strong, rain or shine.
- Wire fixtures to ensure flawless illumination; every connection must sing with integrity. Quality Control & Testing
- Inspect every bracket, circuit, and lens as if crafting a fine timepiece—because workmanship matters.
- Power up completed signs to verify brightness, color consistency, and safety compliance.
- Document any quirks immediately; we honor tradition but reject anything less than excellence. Quality Control & Testing
- Install and connect LED lighting systems and power supplies
- Perform basic troubleshooting of low-voltage electrical issues
- Test illuminated signs for brightness, color consistency, and functionality
- Ensure all wiring meets safety and quality standards Workspace Stewardship
- Maintain a clean, organized bench—tools in place, debris banished, workspace ready for the next masterpiece.
