Now Hiring:
Electrical Assembler (Riviera Beach, FL) PrideStaff is recruiting on behalf of a premier, innovative automation and manufacturing client located in Riviera Beach, FL . If you have a passion for machine building, custom tooling, and cutting-edge industrial systems, we want to talk to you! This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to play a vital role in building advanced pneumatic automation equipment and industrial machinery.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $24.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift:
Full-Time Day Schedule (Overtime and flexible hours may be necessary to meet exciting production goals) What You'll Do Everyday As an Electrical Assembler, you will bring engineering blueprints to life by assembling, wiring, and troubleshooting complex industrial control systems.
Your day-to-day will include:
Precision Assembly:
Assemble and wire electrical control panels for automated manufacturing equipment.
Component Installation:
Install critical components like PLCs, relays, power supplies, sensors, switches, and circuit breakers.
Wiring & Routing:
Route, terminate, and label wires/cables with high attention to detail.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
Conduct electrical testing, continuity checks, and functional verification to debug and support final machine startup.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with engineering and production teams to solve assembly challenges and maintain 5S safety standards. What It Takes to Succeed ??
ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENT
You must be able to fluently read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to be considered for this role.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or machine building.
Education:
High school diploma or GED (Technical degree or vocational training in Electrical Technology/Mechatronics is a huge plus!) .
Tool Savvy:
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment.
Bonus Points:
Experience with pneumatic systems, automation equipment, or familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery. Physical & Working Environment Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment around moving mechanical equipment and electrical systems. Ability to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods, maintaining sharp visual focus for detailed wiring tasks. Ability to use hands/fingers for intricate assembly work and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Commitment to safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
