Electrical Assembler I West Palm Beach, FL Build the Machines That Power Innovation MMT is a leading automation and machine-building company specializing in custom automation, material handling systems, and advanced manufacturing equipment. We design and build innovative solutions for customers across a variety of industries, and we're looking for a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our growing team. What You'll Do As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems used in automated manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery.
Key responsibilities include:
Assemble and wire electrical control panels and automation equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions Install electrical components including relays, PLCs, power supplies, sensors, switches, terminal blocks, and circuit breakers Route, terminate, and label wiring according to engineering drawings Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, and functional verification Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve assembly issues Support machine startup, debugging, and final inspections Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED with technical training in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of electrical assembly, machine building, or industrial manufacturing experience Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications Experience working with automation equipment and pneumatic systems Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery Experience building custom machinery or industrial equipment Why Join MMT?
