@AEROTEK .COM Responsibilities Perform basic electronic assembly of printed circuit boards, cables, and power supplies according to technical specifications and work instructions. Assemble and solder surface-mount components onto printed circuit boards using proper tools and techniques. Perform thru-hole soldering on a daily basis, ensuring reliable and consistent solder joints from day one. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documentation to guide assembly and soldering work. Inspect assemblies and solder joints for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Follow established procedures and best practices for electronic assembly, including safe handling of components and tools. Document work as required, including basic production or quality records related to electronic assemblies.
