Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, crimping, and cable building. Experience working in a manufacturing environment with IPC J and IPC 620 standards. Read technical documentation and interpret complex assembly instructions. Experience using hand and power tools, test equipment, and basic computer systems.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and rework electro-mechanical systems and components, including cables, wire harnesses, and circuit card assemblies. Follow complex drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to produce high-reliability parts to IPC standards. Perform precision soldering (IPC J) and wire/cable assembly (IPC 620). Use hand tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, and ESD equipment with a focus on quality and safety. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures. Support lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and first-article assembly builds. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive process improvements. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior assemblers when needed.
Additional Details:
Physical requirements include standing, lifting (up to 35 lbs regularly), and working with hand tools in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment is primarily climate-controlled and occasionally a non-climate controlled environment. May be exposed to risk of electrical shock. Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
Schedule:
Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm plus rotating Fridays 6am-3:30pm

Temporary 3 months with potential to extend depending on business needs
Pay:
$25.56/hour (based on experience) EOE/ADA
