$22.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience Minimal experience starts at $22/hr with evaluation for $24/hr at 90 days Experienced panel builders typically start $23-$24hr 40 hours per week plus overtime as required

Job Summary:
Perform point-to-point wiring, assembly, and light metal fabrication of industrial electrical control panels from engineering drawings and schematics. Work quality is evaluated based on speed, accuracy, wire routing aesthetics, cleanliness, and diligence.
Essential Functions:
Perform point-to-point wiring inside electrical control panels Read and follow electrical schematics and panel layout drawings Strip, crimp, and terminate wires per UL 508A standards Install terminal blocks, hardware, and control components Use hand, hydraulic, and power tools safely and efficiently Perform continuity and functional testing using a multimeter Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work independently and cooperatively within a team Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic electrical and mechanical assembly knowledge Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams preferred Familiarity with wiring tools and standard measurement units Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Regular standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in control panel wiring or industrial electrical work required.
Benefits:
Discretionary performance based bonus. $400/month contribution toward DMC-sponsored healthcare plans (after 90-day probation period if eligible)
Paid Time Off:
40 hours after one year of service + 8 additional hours accrued each year Most Paid federal holidays Paid extended Christmas / New Year break
