Job Description
We are working with a growing manufacturing company in Sarasota that is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join their team.
Position Summary:
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components for industrial equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to read blueprints, and hands-on experience completing electrical assemblies from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams Assemble electrical components, including panels, cabinets, and control systems Install and route wiring according to specifications Drill, mount, and secure electrical components on machinery Cut, strip, and connect wiring, conduit, and cables Perform soldering and crimping of electrical connections Use testing equipment to verify proper functionality Assist with testing and adjusting electrical assemblies Maintain accurate records of work completedQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred 5+ years of electrical assembly or related experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with a strong work ethicSkills & Competencies:
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Detail-oriented and quality-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Consistent and reliable performancePhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and perform hands-on work for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environmentSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 6 AM- 2:30 PM OR 7 AM
- 3:30
PM Compensation:
$22- 29/hour, depending on experience

$22.00- $29.
