Electronics Assembly Operator Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
Location:
Nampa, ID Schedule:
Full-Time Monday - Thursday 5:30 am to 4:00 pm
Pay:
$16/hr. to start Join a Growing Manufacturing Team! Adecco is currently hiring for an Electronics Assembler in Nampa, ID. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Previous SMT experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with general assembly or manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor SMT pick-and-place equipment to support production goals. Keep production machines running efficiently by loading materials as needed. Perform visual inspections of circuit boards identify defects. Follow detailed work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines. Support production flow by maintaining adequate inventory of parts and supplies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to reach daily production goals. Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience preferred, not required SMT experience is a plus but not required. Why Work with Adecco? Pay Details:
