- 11:30pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly & Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team in Bartlett, IL.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronic assembly, soldering, and wire preparation while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Apply now!
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly of electronic and electromechanical components according to work instructions, schematics, and production specifications
- Solder terminals and electronic components with precision and accuracy
- Complete lead wire crimping using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform PC board (PCB) soldering and component installation
- Inspect assemblies for quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly or soldering defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all quality standards, production schedules, and company procedures Requirements for
Assembler:
- Previous assembly and soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment
- Proficiency in soldering terminals, lead wire crimping and PC board (PCB) soldering
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- IPC soldering certification or equivalent training preferred
- Experience with electronic testing and inspection equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to use hand tools and small assembly equipment
