We are currently hiring for an Electrical Fabrication Technician . We're seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and making a real impact. As an Electrical Fabrication Technician , you will help build and wire complex machinery and assemblies used in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're comfortable with wiring control panels, fabricating parts, and assembling components, and you enjoy working with your hands, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities:

Wire industrial control panels, sensors and relays based on schematics and layout diagrams Fabricate metal parts and mounts using drills, grinders, and hand tools Assemble mechanical and electrical components onto machines and structures Bolt equipment such as conveyors and robotic systems into place securely Read blueprints and follow build instructions with a high level of accuracy Experience

AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH CONTROL PANEL WIRING

in an industrial setting 3 - 5 years of mechanical fabrication experience (metal drilling, bolting, mounting) 3 - 5 years of component/equipment assembly in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Comfortable working around conveyor systems and co-bot installations Why Work at CWM?
