Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus

Experience Requirements:

Experience in electrical assembly, panel building, machine wiring, or controls

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Experience using electrical hand tools and wiring equipment

Soldering experience preferred

Senior-level candidates should have 7+ years of related experience

Job Duties:

Assemble and wire electrical panels, control cabinets, and subassemblies

Install electrical and electromechanical components per engineering drawings

Route, label, and connect wiring to meet specifications

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

Perform soldering, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed

Diagnose wiring issues, component failures, and electrical malfunctions

Collaborate with engineers on assemblies, prototypes, and problem-solving

Complete production documentation and maintain quality standards

Inspect finished products for accuracy, functionality, and workmanship

Physical Capabilities:

Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

Lift and move materials and components as needed

Maintain attention to detail while working with electrical systems
