Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Assembler to join our team in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for assembling products and components, interpreting schematic drawings, performing wiring tasks, and supporting production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess experience reading schematic drawings, wiring experience, and strong English communication skills to effectively follow instructions and complete assembly work accurately. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Elk Grove Village, IL Duties and Responsibilities Read and interpret schematic drawings and assembly instructions Perform wiring and electrical assembly tasks Assemble components and finished products according to specifications Utilize hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Follow work orders and production schedules Maintain organized and clean workstations Support additional production and assembly duties as assigned Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications Previous assembly experience preferred Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings required Previous wiring experience required Must be able to speak, read, and understand English Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and transportation required — (Salary range based on experience) —
