What You'll Do Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools Follow blueprints, diagrams, work instructions, and assembly drawings Assist with wiring, routing, connecting, and securing electrical components Perform mechanical assembly on equipment and machine components Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Use common tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and tape measures Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and make adjustments as needed Work safely while maintaining production and quality goals Support team members and help meet daily production schedules What We're Looking For At least 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, production, construction, automotive, maintenance, or related experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions (or willingness to learn) Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and positive attitude Preferred but Not Required Previous electrical assembly or wiring experience Experience reading electrical schematics Experience with crimping, panel assembly, or machine assembly Technical school, vocational training, or electrical coursework Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers We are willing to train candidates who have strong assembly experience, mechanical skills, and a willingness to learn. All tools are provided. Training takes place on 1st Shift for a minimum of two weeks: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Every other Saturday as needed 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM Overtime available Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
