Electronics Assembler

Electronic Assembly Worker $18 - $20/hr Start ASAP Overview Join our team as an Electronic Assembly Worker in a dynamic industrial manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for performing assembly tasks using various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery within a collaborative team setting. Depending on the assembly, you might be sitting during the shift. The typical schedule is 3:30PM - 12AM. Responsibilities Use hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to assemble product components Follow Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans to ensure accuracy Perform electrical assembly and soldering (experience-based) Test bearings by running them through thread rolls Assemble actuators for well‑known clients including Bobcat and Mercury Marine Handle materials weighing 30 lbs or less Essential Skills Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to perform mechanical assembly. Experience with soldering and inspection (preferred). Capability to follow step-by-step directions. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance. Why Work Here? The 1st shift operates from 7 am to 3:30 pm, and the 2nd shift runs from 3:30 pm to 12 am. Training for 2nd and 3rd shift candidates will occur during the 1st shift for two weeks. All candidates will start on a Monday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marengo, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
