Electro-Mechanical TechnicianJob Description The Electro-Mechanical Technician assembles lithium-ion battery packs, modules, and power-electronics sub-assemblies while supporting production operations and ensuring high standards of safety and quality. This role combines hands-on electrical and mechanical work, including inspection, testing, and documentation, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Assemble lithium-ion battery packs, modules, and power-electronics sub-assemblies according to specifications and work instructions. + Perform electrical, functional, and visual inspections on components and finished products to verify quality and performance. + Assist with production line installation and workstation setup, including configuring tools, fixtures, and equipment as needed. + Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and test equipment such as multimeters and power supplies to build and verify assemblies. + Identify and report defects, test failures, safety concerns, or process issues promptly to support continuous improvement. + Accurately complete production and quality documentation, ensuring records are clear, complete, and compliant with procedures. + Maintain a clean, safe, and ESD- controlled work area, following established safety and electrostatic discharge control practices.
