In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of electronic and mechanical components used in our precision instrumentation products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, quality-driven environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work. What You'll Do Perform SMT and through-hole soldering on electronic circuit boards, including fine-pitch components under magnification Complete electro-mechanical assembly , including box builds and subassemblies Assemble wires, cables, and harnesses to specification Inspect electrical and mechanical components (chassis, cables, harnesses) for quality and defects Execute pre-assembly tasks such as cutting, stripping, and routing wires, and preparing kits Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and engineering documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace Support team objectives by performing additional duties as needed What You'll Bring 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience and/or military technical training Proficiency in fine-pitch SMT soldering and rework Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, bills of materials, and engineering change orders Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and small power tools High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Solid judgment, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset Professional communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production goals Physical Requirements Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly
