As an Electrical Control Panel Fabrication Technician, you'll own projects from schematic to finished panel—building with pride, accuracy, and independence on a close-knit team. A day in the life Start your morning reviewing electrical schematics and line diagrams, planning your layout and wire routing. Assemble and mount breakers, drives, relays, and terminals using hand and power tools. Route, label, and terminate wiring with a clean, methodical approach—then verify your work. Work independently to complete full panels to spec and quality standards. Pitch in on light metal fabrication when needed to keep builds moving. What you bring 3+ years building or wiring industrial control panels Fluent reading/interpreting electrical schematics and line diagrams Hands-on experience with industrial power, including 3-phase, 480V Strong proficiency with hand and power tools High school diploma or GED Bonus skills (preferred) Technical degree or certification Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting exposure Light metal fabrication background Why you'll love it here Clean, organized, and modern facility Small, supportive crew with excellent retention Respectful, low-ego culture focused on quality craft Onsite perks: gym access and complimentary barber services Schedule Core hours: 6:30 a.m.
