Manufacturing / Electronic Assembly PROMAN Staffing is seeking Assembler I Associates for a well-established electronic manufacturing company in Warrenville, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build skills in production, assembly, and manufacturing. No prior experience is required. Training will be provided. Position Summary The Assembler I performs mechanical assembly and cable preparation activities following written and verbal instructions. This role involves repetitive assembly tasks, quality inspections, and the use of basic hand and power tools. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and verbal directions Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools Measure, cut, count, and prepare wires using manual or automatic tools Label, strip, tin, and crimp wires according to established procedures Assemble components, parts, and packaging materials Perform repetitive production line tasks Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and measurement accuracy Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Operate semi-automatic equipment, including: Drills Grinders Wire stripping machines Clean parts and subassemblies as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures Complete required internal certifications and training Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment Ability to use basic hand tools Strong attention to detail Dependable and accountable work ethic Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Why Work with PROMAN Staffing?
