Job Description

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Electrical Technicians for our Wood Dale client.

Shift:

1st Shift•7:30am•4:00pm, Monday•

Friday Pay:

$22.00 per hour

Job Details:

Soldering:

Hand-solder through-hole and surface-mount components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) per engineering drawings and assembly instructions

Assembly:

Assemble and install small-scale electronic and mechanical components into equipment enclosures

Inspection:

Perform visual and functional inspections of solder joints and assembled units in accordance with IPC standards and company quality requirements

Rework & Repair:

Identify and correct soldering and assembly issues using proper rework techniques and tools

Documentation:

Accurately maintain production logs and records of completed work in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, quality control, and other production staff to troubleshoot and improve assembly processes

Qualifications:
