What's Expected High school diploma or GED (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift Comfortable working around machinery and following safety rules Team-player attitude - every role keeps the line alive What You'll Do Assemble and connect parts on the production line Use tools and equipment (training provided) Inspect and sort products for quality Pack, stack, and label finished goods Follow PPE and safety rules to protect yourself and your crew What's in It for
