What You'll Do As a Masker, you are an essential part of the electronics manufacturing process — protecting precision circuit boards before they go through coating or soldering. Apply masking fluid to specific points on circuit boards — target areas no larger than a pencil eraser Work through a microscope to identify and precisely target each application point Maintain a consistent, steady hand throughout your entire shift Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards with zero shortcuts Perform all work at a stationary workstation — no heavy lifting, no running around This is meticulous, meaningful work. One misplaced application can affect the entire board. Your attention to detail directly impacts product quality.
