Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker II to join their team. As an Assembly Worker II, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 3pm What's the Job?
Perform wiring, assembly, finishing, welding, and testing operations on company products. Work from engineering specifications, sketches, schematic diagrams, verbal instructions, or detailed assembly drawings. Set-up and arc weld parts, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies, ensuring proper fitting, aligning, and adjusting for optimal function and efficiency. Utilize various assembly tools, electrical measuring and test equipment, including OHM, AMP, voltmeter, high-voltage tester, and dynamic balancer. Inspect parts, maintain quality standards, and document work processes accurately. What's Needed? Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and wiring charts. Flexibility to work OT as required to meet production goals. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly practices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
