PM Training:

Two to four weeks of on-the-job training provided Automotive Cockpit Assembler Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of mechanical or electronic assembly experience. Automotive manufacturing experience preferred. Experience using manual and pneumatic tools. Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to maintain the required production-line pace. Manufacturing or technical training preferred. Bilingual English/Mandarin skills are a plus. Flexibility to work other shifts if production needs require it. About the Automotive Cockpit Assembler Role Crown Staffing is seeking an Automotive Cockpit Assembler for a first-shift, temp-to-hire opportunity in Hollyvilla, KY. This position assembles and tests dashboard, console, and electronic components for automotive interiors. Install brackets, wiring harnesses, and other cockpit components. Use torque guns, pneumatic tools, and manual tools to complete assemblies. Follow standard procedures and torque specifications. Inspect completed work and perform basic functional tests. Document defects and assist with rework when needed. Check tools and complete basic equipment maintenance. Maintain an organized workstation using 5S standards. Work with the production team to meet quality and cycle-time goals.
