Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder / Electrical Assembler to join our team in Louisville, KY. This hands-on position focuses on the assembly, wiring, and installation of electrical components for custom industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate can confidently read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings, then accurately build and wire electrical panels and machine systems according to specifications. Responsibilities
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Build and wire industrial electrical control panels and enclosures.
Install and wire relays, contactors, terminal blocks, switches, power supplies, and other electrical components.
Perform point-to-point wiring and maintain clean, organized wiring practices.
Cut, strip, terminate, label, and connect wires accurately.
Crimp terminals, ferrules, and connectors.
Perform basic soldering as needed.
Install electrical components and wiring on custom machinery and equipment.
Verify completed wiring against electrical drawings and specifications.
Identify and correct wiring or assembly discrepancies.
Collaborate with engineering and electrical team members to resolve assembly questions.

QualificationsRequired
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with electrical wiring, panel building, or electrical assembly.
Knowledge of wire termination, crimping, connector installation, and basic soldering.
Ability to use common electrical and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
